Hello, and welcome!
My name is Alyssa Maraj Grahame. I am a doctoral candidate in political science at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
I study political economy, social movements, and democracy.
My research investigates the politics of the 2008 financial crisis from the perspective of grassroots mobilizations for “real democracy.” The regional focus of my current projects includes Europe and the Arctic.
I received my Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto, where I majored in political science and anthropology.
Please use the links at the top of the page to learn more about my research and teaching interests, and to see my C.V.
